OPEN MEDIA PROJECT
While fiddling around with YouTube one day, I was particularly amused by the number of videos that are imagined, produced, and published by music lovers in general. I would particularly like to take this opportunity to tip my hat to Joul, Lafeechloette, and Sharefflatruffe for their respective revisions of my songs. This sparked the idea of starting an open media project, hosted here on the website, to which anyone can contribute. The idea is simple:
Whether you’re a seasoned film director or simply obsessed by your mobile phone’s camera, whether you’re a photographer, writer, musician, designer, artist, plumber, cyclist, or anything else that breathes, whether you have a statement to make, or just too much free time on your hands, send me your work (video, audio, photo, text) and I’ll post it here on the website alongside the boring, official, stuff.
Please send your media files (up to 15 MB) or links (YouTube, MySpace, etc), with the subject title OPEN MEDIA to
There are no real rules to this and it is by no means a karaoke contest! If you want to cover one of my songs, by all means go ahead, but it’s not an obligation. If you want to see what other people have contributed with, go the videos page for example. Let your imagination roam. Creation is a basic human necessity. Show me what you’ve got!
